Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept return and exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Any product returned must have been purchased from www.crocs.com.ph webstore.
  2. Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
  3. All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  4. No counterfeit products.
  5. Return/Exchange is accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
  6. For items returned to www.crocs.com.ph, your product will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the package. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim.
  7. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be exchanged or returned at the value purchased.
  8. Customers can only return or exchange their items once.


Return Instructions

To return your product, you will need to initiate a RETURN process within 30 days of your order date.

Step 1: Contact Customer Service Representative at info.crocsph@gmail.com for return/exchange assessment. Attach and send photos of the items for assessment.

Step 2: If approved, fill out the RETURN FORM. A copy of the form will be sent to your email. Print and attach on the package to be returned.

Step 3: Mail the item back to any LBC branch near you. Fill out the standard LBC form. Details are seen below.

Customer Service Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm

Give our account code (can be found in the Return Form) together with your package to any LBC personnel on duty and they will handle it from there. No Shipping fee will be collected.

Step 4: Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with a voucher code having the same amount as the item returned.
